If you plan to use our sound room and projectors for any audio or visual presentations, a fee may apply to cover the cost of an FBC sound technician.

Alternatively, we can provide a Bluetooth speaker, microphone, and TV at no additional charge. These options do not require the assistance of an FBC sound technician.

I understand that there are rules and policies set forth by First Church Baptist of Savoy in regard to the use of our facility that include a Facility Use Policy, Child Safety Policy, Kitchen Policy, Security Policy, and Damage Rider. Upon approval to use our facility, I/we agree to abide by the policies and pay any required deposits and fees to cover custodial, technical, and musician fees. I/we understand that all fees will need to be paid prior to the event. I/we understand that First Baptist Church of Savoy has the right to deny our use of our facility the scope of the event is not aligned with the beliefs of the church.
